Spring 2024 Team
Tyler Mazzie is a senior at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is pursuing a communication major, with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communication, and minoring in business. Tyler is graduating this May and is hoping to pursue a career in sports marketing. Tyler has experience with social media analytics and brand marketing. Tyler is one of our vice presidents this semester as well as an account executive and she is excited to take on these leadership roles. Tyler is from Mooresville, NC and enjoys going out on Lake Norman and spending time with friends and family.
Margaux Smith is a senior from Raleigh, NC. She is excited to graduate this spring with her bachelors degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in integrated marketing communication. Margaux is one of our vice presidents this semester working with Palm Tree Island WB and serves as the Account Executive of Pier601's social media accounts. She has experience in brand and social media marketing and website design. She's committed to making another semester in Pier601 Creative a rewarding experience.
Alexis Sirimongkhon is an Integrated Marketing Communication major in her senior year at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. This semester, she is taking on leadership roles for Desktop Publishing, Vice President in Pier601, Executive for the Eastern Communication Association team, and a member of the Lambda Pi Eta honor society. Alexis has experience with graphic design, social media management, content creation, and web development. With hopes to continue with Integrated Marketing or Digital Marketing in a graduate program after graduation and enter the industry in the Raleigh area, she is excited to take on leadership roles alongside peers to learn and lean on. She enjoys drawing, running, spending time with friends, going to the beach, and listening to music in her free time.
Quinn Williams is a graduating senior in the Integrated Marketing Communication major at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is one of the Vice Presidents this Spring and the Account Executive for our Mouths of Babes Theatre client. Quinn is also an active member in the Communication Studies Society and part of the Lambda Pi Eta honors society. She has experience in digital marketing, copywriting, project management, and brand design. Post-graduation, Quinn hopes to continue in the digital marketing or consulting field. For fun, she enjoys reading, being outside (specifically the beach), writing, music, and spending time with her friends.
Ryan is a current senior at UNCW, majoring in Communication Studies with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communication. She hopes to become a social media manager in the future or part of a social media team for a well-known brand. Ryan has past experience with managing social media accounts for various groups and organizations, and she hopes that another semester in Pier601 will continue to strengthen her skills in this department. Ryan is returning to Pier601 this semester as a VP and looks forward to entering this leadership role. Aside from being a full-time student, Ryan is also involved in a sorority and is a three-year member of the UNCW Cheerleading squad. She is excited to return to Pier601 for another great semester!
Annabelle Schall is a current senior from Raleigh, NC. She is majoring in communication studies with an IMC concentration and minoring in business. Annabelle plans on graduating with her bachelor’s degree in the spring of 2024. Throughout her time at UNCW, she has served as a team captain during her junior and senior year for the Women’s Indoor Volleyball team. Annabelle has assisted the athletics program in running the UNCW Women’s Indoor Volleyball team’s social media accounts for the past three years where she has been able to grow her skills in professional communication, content creation, and marketing analytics. Outside of academics and athletics, Annabelle spends her time reading, being outside, trying new coffee shops, and hanging out with her family and friends. She is excited to be a part of the Pier601 teams in hopes to create new connections and grow her skills.
Reece Littleton is a junior at UNCW majoring in Communication Studies. He has had a variety of internships in the nonprofit sector and currently works for Campus Life Marketing at UNCW as a special projects intern. Reece is heavily involved in his major as he is the President of the Communication Studies Society and a member of the Lambda Pi Eta honor society. Reece hopes to bring his skills in the nonprofit sector, media production, Adobe Creative Cloud, leadership, and IMC this semester for Pier 601 and looks forward to working with clients.
Alli Lewellyn is a senior majoring in communication studies, focusing on integrated marketing communication, and minoring in digital arts. She plans to graduate in May of 2024 and pursue a career within digital marketing. Alli is a member of Lambda Pi Eta, and has experience with social media, graphic design, and IMC strategy. In her free time, she enjoys trying new coffee shops, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends. She is excited to bring her experience to the Pier601 team while building new connections and growing her skillset!
Bella Cacciato is a junior from Chapel Hill, NC. Bella is majoring in Communication Studies with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communication and minoring in psychology and digital arts. With experience in graphic design, content creation, social media management, and Adobe services, she is excited to be working with Pier601! In her free time Bella enjoys going to the beach, trying new coffee shops, reading, and spending time with friends.
Maxime Ralston is a current senior at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He is actively majoring in Communication Studies while also minoring in Business. Maxime is looking forward to graduating with his bachelor's degree in the spring of 2024 and then continuing to pursue his artistic passions with a career in both the music and entertainment industries. During his time at UNCW, Maxime has been involved with many facets of the COM Studies department, including membership in the Lambda Pi Eta honor society, and participation in the Communication Studies Society. Outside of the academic world, he can be found bartending, making music, having long philosophical conversations, or tearing up the dance floor all in the company of his friends. Maxime hopes to bring his people skills, collaborative ability, and creative flair to the Pier601 team!
Kylie Johnson is a senior from Williamsburg, Virginia majoring in Communication Studies with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communication. She will be graduating in May of 2024 and is excited to pursue a career in either Public Relations or Real Estate! She has experience in social media content creation, brand design, IMC strategy, and is proficient in Adobe services. Kylie is excited to bring her experience to the Pier601 team and continue to learn and improve her skillset! Outside of academics, Kylie enjoys being outside/going to the beach, painting, reading, and hanging out with family and friends.
Bridget is a current senior at UNCW, majoring in Film Studies with a focus in Production. She hopes to be a videographer for an outdoor brand in the future. Bridget has experience in helping with UNCW sports social media accounts, videography, editing, as well as photography. She hopes this will help grow her skills with using new equipment, marketing, and social media. Bridget is also involved in a sorority where she holds the position of video chair and the president of the Ski and Snowboard club. She is excited to grow in her skills and work alongside a team!
Vanessa Mofu is a senior majoring in Communication Studies, with a focus in studio and video production, and Integrated Marketing Communication. Her minor in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies has inspired her to launch the podcast "No Sir," which delves into topics surrounding religion, leftist politics, and internet culture. As the Public Relations Manager for the Communication Studies Society, Vanessa is dedicated to crafting engaging social media content and branding strategies. Beyond her role as a content creator, she is also a talented portrait artist, avid coffee enthusiast, and passionate about sustainable fashion, where she flips second-hand clothes. Vanessa is excited to join Pier601, where she looks forward to making a meaningful impact with clients and advancing her career aspirations to become a marketing and creative director.
